As a certified Organisational Change Manager with a Master’s in Communication, Amber understands the crucial role both employees and leaders have in their journey towards creating sustainable business change. Amber leverages her persuasive communication and engagement skills to assess and develop individuals and teams, enabling them to achieve business success. Before starting First Impact Consulting, Amber spent the previous decade managing change programs within several large government, not for profit, and commercial organisations. As a consultant, Amber has a diverse international portfolio of experience in change, leadership and development, including spending 2 years in the Middle East. She has helped build organisational capability across a wide range of industry sectors, such as the energy, utilities, defence, construction, retail, entertainment, technology, and government sectors. Amber has a natural ability to recognise the unique needs of each organisation she works with and adapts her facilitation and communication style to suit her audience. Amber is focused on providing a fit-for-purpose service with each organisations she works with, ensuring they realise their intended business benefits. As a change-focused empath, Amber has a keen ability to sense what people around her are thinking and feeling. This makes her a great listener and problem-solver and means she's a natural expert in human psychology. Amber understands what people need and tailors strategies and actions best placed to help individuals and teams transform both personally and professionally. Amber's formal training as a certified practitioner and trainer in Change Management through APMG-International and years of on-the-ground experience have given her knowledge of the best and latest change practices which enable successful transitions and ensure change sticks. As an experienced and qualified teacher and Human Design Specialist, Amber can help people discover the traits, strengths and weaknesses they innately have so they can unleash their potential through purposeful change. By knowing how we function as individuals, she can enable people to more effectively contribute to their teams, their organisations, and their communities. |
